Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• When you message us on WhatsApp: your name, phone number and whatever you choose to share, such as your property area, type of renovation, budget and photos. Our contact page does not collect or store anything itself. It only opens WhatsApp with a message ready for you to send, and nothing reaches us until you tap send in WhatsApp.
• When you call or email us: the details you give us.
• When you visit the website: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. See "Analytics and cookies" and "Other services on our site" below.

2. How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange site visits, carry out and manage renovation work, issue invoices, and keep the records we need. We do not use your details for unrelated purposes.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share what is needed with tradespeople, suppliers and consultants working on your project, and with authorities when the law requires it.

4. WhatsApp

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control how WhatsApp processes your data.

5. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website, for example which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, what device they use, how they found us, and whether they tapped a WhatsApp button. Google Analytics uses cookies. It does not tell us your name or phone number, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

6. Other services on our site

Our pages include embedded Google Maps, and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers may receive your IP address when a page loads. WhatsApp (Meta), Google and Vercel may process data on servers outside Malaysia, and we do not control where their servers are.

7. Photos and testimonials

We publish photos of completed projects and client testimonials only with the client's permission. If you would like a photo or testimonial removed, contact us and we will remove it.

8. How long we keep it, and keeping it safe

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to quote, carry out the work, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it where we are allowed to. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure and accurate.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent to us using it, or ask us to stop using or delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it). Contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can, within the time the PDPA requires.
