When you use our enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, contact number, property area, the type of renovation work you are interested in, and your rough budget. We do not collect any information you do not give us directly.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange site visits, and carry out any renovation work you engage us for. We may keep a record of our correspondence for follow-up and for our own business records.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited details with our own tradespeople and suppliers where it is necessary to quote for or complete your project, and where required by law or a government authority.
Our enquiry form opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that you send yourself. Messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
We keep your information only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or project and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
